Notre école de karaté regroupe des techniques de percussions (type thai boxing,karate-contact) des projections (types jiu jitsu brésilien,sambo) des soumissions (jiu jitsu brésilien).

Le shidokan Soeno karate est enseigné le mercredi de 20h a 21h30 dans le quartier Orchamps Palente au 36 rue chopin 25000 Besançon ( à l'intérieur du terrain de foot-ball)

jeudi:18h30-20h:kick boxing/full contact/self-défense basée sur la réalité

 

vendredi:20h-21h30: boxe thailandaise

 

samedi  : 15 h à 16 h : shidokan

mercredi : 14 h à 15 h 30  full contact/combat complet total

 

samedi:14h-15h full contact /combat complet total avec possibilité de rester jusqu'à 16 h pour les plus âgés.
